could pay for 10 training sessions for school teachers in the UK to help them detect when children are being affected by domestic abuse at home. Experiencing violence is often very traumatic and children are reluctant to tell anyone about what is happening so they suffer in silence.

For a little more ...
£750 could pay to set up a small community in rural Zambia with their own bee-keeping business. The income they receive from selling the honey will help 10 families to earn a living and to provide for their children’s future.
